This lovely family villa has a prominent stance on the slopes of Table Mountain with views of the city laid out below. Its convenient location allows easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, and Camps Bay, the Waterfront and the winelands are all within easy reach. This is the ideal choice for comfortable family- or friends' accommodation in peaceful surroundings.
The house entrance opens on to steps leading up to the front door. This level is devoted to spacious living areas including a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. The décor is in muted tones with carefully selected artwork providing splashes of colour. The dining area has large floor to ceiling windows bringing plenty of natural light into the space and offering fantastic views over the city. The kitchen has a separate breakfast room up a few steps.
The staircase leads to a gallery where a skylight and carefully placed downlighters illuminate the artworks. There is a library nook and also a separate TV room for laidback movie nights.
The five bedrooms are spread over the two levels. Three of these are en-suite and two share a bathroom. All are comfortably furnished with Queen-size beds, except for the spacious Master suite where a King-size bed offers luxurious sleeping comfort. This suite has a lounge area, fireplace and sizeable en-suite bathroom with a large shower and separate bath. It opens on to a large balcony and has panoramic views.
The villa has a small but established garden. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace where a table and chairs are ideally placed for al fresco dining.
