Great location with views of the ocean, whale watching from the patio and garden. Gate at bottom of the garden allows access to the beach through a forest, and easy access onto the cliff path. Well equipped house, beautiful interiors, modern but beachy, with everything we needed for all three generations of the family. Two downstairs rooms by the pool probably better suited to older kids or adults as they have separate entrance.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I've ever had - Therese and her family looked after me so well and everything was perfect. When I arrived there was a fully stocked fridge and beautiful gifts! Thank you Therese and family! I hope you will always have a room for me when I am in Cape Town!

What an incredible stay we had at Villa Lutzi! The house is absolutely beautiful and could not be in a better location in Cape Town. Just down the road from Kloof Street (one of the best streets in the city to eat, shop and stroll around) - but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, that you felt like you were in the country. The rooms are fantastic, the assistance from John and Alfred was amazing and the gardens were just incredible. There’s was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Such a warm welcome as well; and we really appreciate the assistance with our family gathering. We will definitely be back for any future trips to the city. I highly recommend this spot for big families or groups - it’s well worth the spend. The house cat was also the cherry on top - what a little cutie! Thank you again to the Villa Lutzi team for everything.
