Thanks to the team. All was perfect. The only point I wish to raise is that certain of the balustrades are very loose and with the high drops, may be a safety issue soon.

We spent NY in this amazing house, Therese really made sure everything was taken care of and went out of her way to help us enjoy our stay to the max! The house is just incredible, the photos don't really do it justice. The view from the house (especially the master suite) is jaw dropping, we really didn't want to leave.

The house in Helderberg was really beyond expectations. What comfort. The guidance there by Simone was perfect. The house was cleaned every day. Arrangement with the chef was perfect. Groceries were present. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautifully furnished

The apartment was quiet private and beautifully furnished. A very comfortable space for 4 adults. The Owner and staff were excellent with their hospitality. They were very accommodating in all aspects, especially when things packed up during our stay. Overall a fantastic stay. Location was great.

Great location with views of the ocean, whale watching from the patio and garden. Gate at bottom of the garden allows access to the beach through a forest, and easy access onto the cliff path. Well equipped house, beautiful interiors, modern but beachy, with everything we needed for all three generations of the family. Two downstairs rooms by the pool probably better suited to older kids or adults as they have separate entrance.

Best Airbnb experience

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I've ever had - Therese and her family looked after me so well and everything was perfect. When I arrived there was a fully stocked fridge and beautiful gifts! Thank you Therese and family! I hope you will always have a room for me when I am in Cape Town!

Magnificent City Bowl Villa

What an incredible stay we had at Villa Lutzi! The house is absolutely beautiful and could not be in a better location in Cape Town. Just down the road from Kloof Street (one of the best streets in the city to eat, shop and stroll around) - but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, that you felt like you were in the country. The rooms are fantastic, the assistance from John and Alfred was amazing and the gardens were just incredible. There’s was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Such a warm welcome as well; and we really appreciate the assistance with our family gathering. We will definitely be back for any future trips to the city. I highly recommend this spot for big families or groups - it’s well worth the spend. The house cat was also the cherry on top - what a little cutie! Thank you again to the Villa Lutzi team for everything.

A stunning home that is a lot bigger than the photos portray. Beautifully decorated and lots of very thoughtful personal touches. Two beautiful outside spaces to relax in and the outside shower is wonderful. Theresa was super lovely and very easy to communicate with. We were all very impressed and will be back with family soon. This house is amazing for a big family with kids. It is modern and neat and we had a really lovely time there. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything and more you need. The braai area outside is where we spent a lot of time - it overlooks the amazing mountains and the kids played outside on the grass whilst we were outside. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are beautifully designed and stocked with Charlotte Rhys products and lots of towels! There were even lots of beach towels! The location is perfect. Very close to Grötto and Voëlklip beaches. Would love to rent again in a year's time!! The tiny details, like fresh flowers and chalk (for kids to write on the writeable wall) made us feel extra welcome and at home. The fact that there was sufficient cleaning aids (washing powder etc) also spared us additional trips to a shop and made it extra worth it!! Thanks so very much!!

Langbaai is perfect for a large family getaway with lots of space to relax and catch up with each other. The house is very well appointed, it had everything we needed. Views from the balcony/braai area are simply stunning and it’s an easy 5 minute to the scenic cliff path with access to several beaches.

House on the Glen is an amazing stay. We were there for 8 nights and all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We marveled at the beautiful design features, gorgeous furnishings and spectacular views of this perfectly located home. There are great launching swimming spots within a 3 min walk from the home. It was wonderful watching many adventurous souls enter the sea at these spots and then practice their sea swimming past the front of this delightful home. We parked and never used the car again. There is one building between this home and the famous casual family restaurant, Blue Peter. Pick ‘n Pay grocery store is also a comfortable walk away. There are a variety of restaurants at the centre in which the Pick ‘n Pay is located. We definitely wish to return to gorgeous Kaalvoet.

Amazing 5 Star-accommodation Modern, comfortable and clean with breathtaking Ocean views. Literally a stone-through way from the beach. Super safe and upmarket area of Bloubergstand area. You are in one of the the safest areas in Cape Town, walking distance to almost all areas in Bloubergstand. Many vibrant and popular restaurants & supermarkets in the area within walking distance. Uber is very reliable in the area. This property has everything you need for a short or long stay. The hosts were amazing. We felt home! Very friendly and always available in case we needed something. We definitely recommend this house.
