Bantry Nuances' refinement is reflected in the beauty that surrounds it. The villa’s superlative position against the slopes of Lion’s Head offers one of the best vantage points in the area, with views stretching all the way to Robben Island and beyond the Sea Point city life towards the Winelands and West Coast.

Interiors are generously proportioned, styled in subtle shades of beige, cool blues and warm greys to create a sleek, minimalist, yet welcoming setting. Three downstairs bedrooms sleep up to six guests, the ideal option for a family escape; the villa is child friendly with kids of all ages welcome. The main bedroom is en-suite with a full bathroom. 

Indoor and outdoor spaces abound. A crisp, newly renovated open plan kitchen and lounge plus dining area on the upper level, flow through to a large patio and entertainment area.  The fully equipped kitchen features all the modern appliances you'd expect and more, with an extra private patio for sundowners. On the ground level, a substantial garden and pool deck create opportunities to relax, escape, dine or play.

The villa is serviced twice a week and not on Saturdays or Sundays. Additional service can be arranged.
