A gas braai with comfy seating and lounging areas make it an inviting setting for relaxed outdoor gatherings, accompanied by the rhythm of the sea and the gentle mountain air flowing through interconnected terraces.
The primary living quarters have been positioned to capitalise on the panoramic scenery. Expansive spaces for cooking, dining and entertaining unfold effortlessly, unified by natural textures such as stone, timber, glass, granite, marble and woven elements. The occasional vibrant fabrics and finishes ground the home firmly within its environment. The greenery of the landscape engulfs the indoor spaces, through the glass doors and windows that welcome the African sunlight, the mountain’s fragrance, and the ocean’s breeze. The fully appointed kitchen forms the heart of this level, complemented by a discreet scullery, and opens onto both the living areas and a generous terrace. An elegant interior dining table seats eight, while the outdoor arrangements offer cosy areas to settle, taking in the magnificent views.
With hiking paths nearby and the V&A Waterfront a short drive away, Camps Bay Rox is ideally placed for exploration. You can venture into the centre of the city with ease, peruse the art galleries and dine out at some of most esteemed restaurants in the world. The Constantia wine region is only a thirty-minute scenic drive away. With its ample parking space you can split the itinerary in accordance of everyone’s wish lists for the day. There is daily housekeeping during the week days, and back-up electricity supplies to ensure your clocks are firmly fixed on holiday mode. Without any interruptions to your plans.
