Conveniently located in the urban heart of the Atlantic Seaboard, the apartment is within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, chic cocktail bars, and delicious delicatessens. The V&A Waterfront is the nearby entertainment hub and the beachfront is only a short drive away. Jade D’Luca oozes sophistication, privacy, and exclusivity.

The front door opens into a open-plan living rooms with clearly demarcated areas and doors opening on to front and side terraces.
