Soak up the quintessential Cape Town view of Table Mountain in this beautiful beachfront villa. You cannot get much closer to the beach than stepping straight on to the sand from your deck! La Rosa dei Venti is perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends to enjoy Blouberg. In summer it’s all about sun, sea, and sand, and in winter it’s enjoying the ocean views from the comfort of your warm and cosy fireplace.
Aside from the stunning beachfront location and views, Angel of the Sea offers easy access to the Cape’s West Coast pleasures – kite surfing, kayaking, beach walks and the floral gems of the West Coast National Park. The city center and Waterfront lie 20 minutes south.
The villa has 7 air conditioned bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. Five of the bedrooms are doubles and three of these are en-suite. There are two single bedrooms.
Five of the bedrooms open on to a large deck overlooking the ocean.
La Rosa dei Venti boasts spectacular sea views throughout. On the ground floor are two spacious lounge areas, both with air-conditioning and fireplace. The main dining table seats 12 and the informal breakfast table seats 8.
The kitchen has all the mod-cons needed for hassle-free entertaining.
There is also a small kitchenette for breakfast preparations.
The TV lounge has a 42 inch flat-screen TV with DSTV and Netflix and there is surround-sound system throughout the ground floor.
There are two guest toilets and a fully equipped utility room.
With three comfortable, newly refurbished decks there are plenty of outdoor spaces. A heated splash pool right in front of the sea is ideal for great photos and unforgettable memories. A built-in barbeque is ideal for entertaining al fresco.
