The coastal holiday town of Bettys Bay lies within the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve; the first UNESCO declared Biosphere in South Africa. Apprximately 100 km from Cape Town beneath the majestic Kogelberg Mountains, there are incredible hiking and mountain biking trails to discover, and white sandy beaches for fishing, surfing, walking or wind-gliding.
Nestled within a fynbos-flush cul-de-sac is Out Of This World, a 4-bedroom beachfront villa boasting panoramic ocean views complemented by an awe-inspiring mountain backdrop.
The home is accessed via an enclosed Mallorcan-inspired cobbled courtyard, leading through to the open-plan living and entertainment areas, as well as a patio with a swimming pool.
Large sliding windows frame uninterrupted ocean views. Living spaces are volumnous yet inviting. Décor is considered, contemporary, comfortable and eclectic - muted greys set a cool tone for hot summer days, with splashes of vibrant colour reflecting the deep greens and blues of the fynbos and ocean outside. Artefacts from travels both local and abroad adorn the interiors, providing mystical hints of the East.
The bespoke kitchen boasts a central island and seamlessly flows into the spacious dining and living area. Located to the north of the courtyard are a well-appointed bar and wine cellar, perfect for entertaining.
The generous accommodation includes a spacious main bedroom with courtyard access, alongside a cosy lounge area complete with a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a spa bath.
Two additional bedrooms share a centrally located bathroom with a shower. The fourth en-suite bedroom is situated above the detached entertainment area, offering sprawling sea views and its own private patio.
