Fawn is a modern three bedroom, three bathroom beach house with the most perfect location. Situated on the corner of Third Beach this beach house has easy access to the beach and has the most amazing views of the sea and beach from the upstairs section of the home.

This home, on two levels, has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room leading to a wrap around balcony on the upper level.

There is also a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this level. The wrap around balcony has views overlooking the beach and the ocean. Down a spiral staircase is the lower section of the home and here there are two bedrooms both en-suite. The second bedroom is also very spacious and the third bedroom is much smaller with single beds. There is also a TV lounge downstairs, which leads to the neat compact garden which is ideal for relaxing and eating al fresco on the patio. Access to the beach is through a small gate in the garden.

There is a laundry room on the side of the home. This beach house has recently been totally refurnished and re-decorated by the new owners. The home is available throughout the year and is the perfect location for a beach holiday in one of Cape Town’s popular beaches.
